5+ years of experience in data migration or ETL roles, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or supervisory position.
Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies and best practices.Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or equivalentProficiency in SQL and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.Familiarity with data modeling, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques.
