Data Migration Consultant

You have 7-15 years of experience and possess mandatory skills including LSMW, LTMC/DMC, IDOC/BAPI, Migration Cockpit, SAP BODS, Syniti, and life cycle implementation experience. Your expertise lies in data migration from SAP/Non-SAP to S/4 HANA on-premises with full life cycle implementation. You have worked on at least 4 projects involving migration using SAP BODS and Migration Cockpit. Your responsibilities include technical migration solutioning/design for S/4 HANA data migration projects/programs, designing & building PoC for different S/4 HANA migration scenarios, and developing data migration programs/strategies for the conversion of Master and Transactional data from various legacy systems into SAP S/4 HANA across all work streams/Modules. In addition, you are responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts on data migration strategic topics, preparing the cut-over plan, providing legacy to source mapping, defining rules for data extraction, and performing data mapping of source to target data sets. You will also be providing consulting to business stakeholders, conducting workshops, and recommending appropriate data management strategies and techniques. You will work closely with functional teams to achieve business results, disseminate information across the team, and stay updated with functional improvements of solutions. Additionally, you will identify, analyze issues, make recommendations, and escalate issues for resolution in a timely manner. Your role requires effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills along with demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams. Strong working experience in data transformations and data migration design and implementation for SAP is essential. You must have a strong background in functional analysis and requirements gathering, with a solid understanding of SAP.,
