This role sits within our Supply Chain Management team The purpose of the role is to provide a continuous verification and analysis of the complete Linxon prequalified vendors globally, identifying potential risks and keeping Linxon vendor list updated after the Prequalification process has been successfully completed, What will you do Follow structured Supplier Onboarding Process flow from end to end Verify supplier credentials, documentation, contracts, and compliance with internal policies, Ownership of the process stages and knowledgeable on advising all stakeholders within this process Train and guide new vendors through procurement procedures, quality standards, and delivery expectations Set up and maintain supplier data in internal systems and maintain database Manage the requests from and with various internal stakeholders Verification of details & ensure adherence to legal, Compliance, regulatory, and contractual requirements Maintain up-to-date SOPs and support internal audits or supplier evaluation Ensure to follow up with all stakeholders in a timely manner to complete each step in the process Focused effort on agreed targets, ensuring contribution to the overall Corporate Procurement goals Conduct background checks and due diligence on Vendors using internal tools and other reliable third-party databases, to identify and report the exact risk level of Vendors at the prequalification stage, Experience, Education And Other Required Minimum Graduate and applicable 5 years of work experience in SCM or Data Management, Good knowledge of SAP Ariba & Oracle in Supplier Onboarding, Identify the Potential risk of vendors Knowledge of Substations / EPC Projects Experience in global procurement What We Offer In return, we offer a wide range of rewards and benefits, 20 days Privilege Leave, 13 days Emergency leave and 14 Public holidays per year, Medical Insurance, Life Insurance and Career Progression When it comes to diversity and inclusion, we see things differently at Linxon we encourage applications from people of all races, ages, genders, religions, sexual orientations and more so whoever you are, we hope youll see things our way, too, About Linxon Shaping energy solutions to empower sustainable connectivity, Linxons vision is to deliver the best market offering for turnkey substation projects through world-class power technologies and delivering the highest level of competence in managing infrastructure projects, As a leading engineering company, we help our customers with turnkey substation solutions in the field of power transmission, renewable energy, and transportation, In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a new company as it evolves and help shape it for the future If you like new challenges, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and are interested in working with other motivated professionals with expertise in the Substations EPC business, then this is the new opportunity for you, To know more about the Linxon please click on the link below, Join the future with Linxon GETS Chennai, India
