Key Responsibilities: Design and implement data ingestion workflows into Salesforce Data Cloud Unify data from multiple sources to create a 360 customer view Develop integrations using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and fulfill data integration requirements Monitor integration performance and ensure real-time data availability Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards Enable data activation across Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds Must-Have Skills: Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) Salesforce certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, Integration Architect) Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) Proficiency in ETL, data transformation, and data mapping Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools Solid understanding of data modeling and customer data platforms Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
