Job Description

Eligibility: Apply only if you are based in Bangalore and can join within 2 weeks (Immediate to 2 weeks notice period only).

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Profile and analyze new/existing data sources for structure, content, quality & consumption readiness
Conduct deep investigations on data lineage, anomalies, and inconsistencies
Work with Data Engineering & SMEs to document datasets, tables, fields & business definitions
Perform metadata quality checks and enrich both business and technical metadata
Support logical & physical data model development and recommend schema improvements
Build dashboards/reports highlighting data quality, metadata completeness & coverage metrics

Requirements:

Strong understanding of data profiling, metadata, and governance concepts
Hands-on experience in SQL, data modeling, and reporting tools
Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
Ability to collaborate across data engineering, business, and governance teams
