Project Role :Data Governance Practitioner

Project Role Description :Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage; and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.
Must have skills :Snowflake Data Warehouse
Good to have skills :Python (Programming Language), Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL)

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Summary:As a Data Governance Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in establishing and enforcing data governance policies within the organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to define data standards, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, and facilitating effective data collection and storage practices. You will also drive initiatives aimed at enhancing data stewardship, thereby contributing to a culture of responsible data management across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the development and implementation of data governance frameworks and policies.

Engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance with data governance standards and practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Python (Programming Language).

Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.

Experience in data quality assessment and improvement techniques.

Familiarity with data management tools and technologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.

This position is based in Hyderabad.

A 15 years full time education is required.
