Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage; and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.

Summary: As a Data Governance Practitioner, you will establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Your typical day will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitating effective data collection, storage, access, and usage, and driving data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance. You will engage with various teams to promote a culture of data responsibility and ensure that data governance practices are integrated into daily operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement training programs to enhance data governance awareness across the organization. - Monitor compliance with data governance policies and recommend improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Governance. - Strong understanding of data management frameworks and best practices. - Experience with data quality assessment and improvement techniques. - Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements. - Ability to communicate complex data governance concepts to diverse audiences. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Governance. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
