Job Overview:

Data Entry Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entries.
  • Review and correct errors in data to maintain high quality.
  • Retrieve and organize data for reports as needed.
  • Follow company guidelines and confidentiality policies while handling sensitive information.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

  • Requirements:

    • Proficiency in

      MS Office (Excel, Word)

      and data entry software.
    • Fast and accurate typing skills

      (e.g., 40-60 WPM).
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
    • Previous experience in

      data entry, administration, or a similar role

      is a plus.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is an advantage.
