Job Description

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in ERP software and company databases.
Manage day-to-day data entry tasks including records, reports, and transaction entries.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.).
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular checks and reconciliations.
Handle documentation, filing, and record management both in digital and physical formats.
Support finance, accounts, and operations teams with timely data inputs and report generation.
Troubleshoot basic system or ERP-related issues and escalate as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of company data and adhere to internal policies.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Level).
Hands-on experience in ERP software (SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP / or company-specific ERP).
Good typing speed with high accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
