Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in computer systems or databases accurately and efficiently.
Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and organize records, files, and documents in both digital and physical formats.
Prepare and generate reports as required by the management.
Assist in data collection, compilation, and analysis for various projects.
Handle confidential information responsibly.
Coordinate with other departments to obtain or clarify data.
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
Good typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35–40 wpm preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (scanner, printer, copier).
