Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Qualification. Graduate / BCA / PGDCA / DCA

Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage data entry and typing tasks related to day-to-day office activities. The ideal candidate should possess good computer skills, accuracy in typing, and the ability to handle data efficiently and confidentially.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry, typing, and documentation of daily office activities.
Maintain and update company databases and records accurately.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other documents as required.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Review and verify data for accuracy before entry.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline; candidates with BCA / PGDCA / DCA preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data entry or office administration.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,983.35 - ₹25,468.30 per month
