Job Title: Data Entry Operator – Jewellery Brand

Location: Ichchhapore, Surat
Experience: 1–3 years (Jewellery industry experience preferred)
Salary: 15000-20000

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator for our jewellery brand to manage product and stock information accurately. The role involves entering jewellery details into ERP/software, maintaining stock records, preparing invoices, generating MIS reports, and supporting showroom and office operations. The ideal candidate must ensure high accuracy, maintain confidentiality, and have knowledge of jewellery terminology and software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update jewellery product details (design codes, weights, pricing, stock) into ERP/software.
• Maintain accurate stock records for gold, diamonds, and gemstones.
• Prepare invoices, challans, and delivery notes.
• Assist in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
• Generate MIS reports on sales, purchases, and stock movement.
• Support showroom/office teams with documentation and record-keeping.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive jewellery data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP/jewellery software.
• Knowledge of jewellery terminology: gross weight, net weight, diamond pcs, carats, etc.
• High typing speed with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and numeric accuracy.
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate; jewellery industry experience preferred.
