Job Description

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in computer systems and databases. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure that all records are correctly processed and stored.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data into relevant databases, systems, and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
Verify data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information when errors are detected.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow data protection protocols.
Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
Generate routine reports as required.

Assist in other administrative tasks as required by the department.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
Fast typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
