Data Entry Operator

we are looking for Data Entry Operator .

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to efficiently and accurately input, update, and maintain information in our company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience with data entry software. Key Responsibilities: Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits. Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities. Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities. Maintain and update database systems and archives. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backups. Scan documents and print files, when needed. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files. Follow data privacy and confidentiality policies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk. Excellent typing speed and accuracy . Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data programs. Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM or ERP systems. Knowledge of basic database structures. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Working Conditions: Office-based or remote (depending on the role). May involve repetitive tasks or extended periods of typing.
