Job Description

Role & responsibilities Enter and update patient information into the hospitals electronic health records (EHR) or management system. Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. Maintain confidentiality and security of patient records and hospital data. Perform data clean-up and quality checks as needed. Coordinate with medical, billing, and administrative staff to ensure accurate documentation. Retrieve and process data for reports and audits. Manage digital and paper records efficiently. Assist in archiving and recordkeeping processes. Adhere to hospital policies, data protection laws (e.g., HIPAA), and compliance standards.
