Data Entry Operator

As a Data Entry Clerk at our company located in Pawane MIDC, Turbhe (Navi Mumbai), your role will involve accurately entering data into databases and spreadsheets, verifying and correcting data entries, and maintaining organized records of data entry activities. You will also assist in data management and reporting tasks, collaborate with team members to improve processes, and perform regular backups of data to prevent loss. Additionally, you will be required to respond to data inquiries and provide support as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately enter data into databases and spreadsheets - Verify and correct data entries to ensure accuracy - Maintain organized records of data entry activities - Assist in data management and reporting tasks - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows - Perform regular backups of data to prevent loss - Respond to data inquiries and provide support as needed Qualifications: - Minimum of 10th grade completion; 12th grade preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) - Basic knowledge of database management systems - Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the company offers a range of benefits including a flexible schedule, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
