Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately in computer systems, spreadsheets, or company software.
  • Verify and cross-check information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and organize records/files (digital or physical).
  • Review data for errors and correct inconsistencies.
  • Prepare and sort documents before data entry.
  • Retrieve data from databases or files when needed.
  • Generate simple reports from entered data.
  • Follow confidentiality guidelines to protect sensitive information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as printing, scanning, and filing.
  • Meet daily/weekly data entry targets set by management.

Required Skills (Basic)

  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • Basic communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
