Data Entry Operator (DEO)

As a Data Entry Operator at our company, your role will involve entering and managing data accurately in company databases and Excel sheets while maintaining confidentiality. You will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and organizing data for reports, reviewing data for errors, and making necessary corrections. Additionally, you will retrieve data as requested, maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, and coordinate with team members to ensure timely task completion. Basic data analysis and reporting using MS Excel will also be part of your responsibilities, along with following data entry procedures and company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and Excel sheets - Prepare, verify, and organize data for reports - Review data for errors and make necessary corrections - Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks - Perform basic data analysis and reporting using MS Excel - Follow data entry procedures and company policies Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge of MS Excel (Basics like VLOOKUP, Pivot Table a plus) - Fast and accurate typing skills - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy - Good written and verbal communication - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Basic computer knowledge This full-time role requires a minimum educational qualification of 12th Pass, with an additional certification in computer applications being preferred.
