Job Description

Experience: 1–3 years (Female Candidate Preferably in construction / EPC / infrastructure companies)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update project-related data, purchase orders, material records, and site reports.
  • Maintain daily MIS reports, attendance sheets, invoices, and documentation.
  • Verify data accuracy and correct any errors before final submission.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and accounts departments for data collection.
  • Prepare Excel sheets, maintain logs, and generate reports when required.
  • Handle filing, documentation, and digital record management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper data backup.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.
  • Computer knowledge required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
