Role Statement: Data Entry Operator

Location: Shankar Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Reporting To: Account Head

Key Qualification Criteria (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude)

• Education: B.com, PGDCA, B.A, Political Science with a minimum of 3 years of experience in working in Tally or equivalent of manufacturing plants.
• Communication: English is essential for effective communication via WhatsApp and email for business purposes.
• Willingness to Travel: Ability and willingness to travel as required for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make entries of bank, payment, contra, purchase, sale, journal entries, Debit Note, Credit Note.
• Minimum entries per day will range from 70 to 80.

Technical Proficiency Criteria (MUST HAVE):-

• Strong Hand on experience of Tally Prime
• Excel Sheet, Word and Email access.
• Strong Hand on experience in TDS, GST, Taxation
• Good communication skills needed to communicate with a Reporting Officer.
• Precise data entry needed (एंट्री करते समय गलती न करें).

• Ready to spend extra time in the office if entry is not done in the given time.
• Need to be punctual as backlog will not be accepted.

• Significance: The Director's approval signifies a holistic endorsement, marking the beginning of your serious commitment to our company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
