DGeneral correspondence
a. Scrutiny of defence list.
b. Compilation of data with respect of the refit package surveyor report and preparation and analysing of docking report ect.
c. Preparation of CNC,PNC and minutes
d. Obtain LPP from other units.
e. Follow up with yard with respect of the ongoing issues.
f. Verification of invoice and documents submitted for payment.
General correspondence
a. Updating of records including documentation.
b. Safe custody of financial documents.
c. Preparation of board proceedings and follow up action.
d. Safe custody of documents D 787,D 448 and drawing and manuals.
e. Maintain records of police, directives and guideline .
f. Record keeping of financial documents.
g. Preparation of various returns reports
h. Preparation of bills for various contingencies.
I. Procurement of cases though Gem including submission of bills.
Good handwriting
Good knowledge of computer minimum experience 3 years.
Educational qualification is Graduate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
