Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining accurate information across multiple sources. This role is best suited for someone detail-oriented, efficient, and eager to grow within a dynamic digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and collate data from various online and internal sources.
• Enter, update, and verify information in Excel spreadsheets and CRM systems.
• Maintain databases and ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
• Prepare and manage reports for internal use.
• Conduct basic research on companies, industries, and contacts as required.
• Support data management processes for marketing, lead generation, and project operations.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times.
• Assist with organizing and filing digital documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Basic understanding of data management tools or CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
