· Accurately enter and update data related to inventory, production, dispatch, and employee records.
· Use advanced Excel functions (V LOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.) to manage and analyze large datasets.
· Maintain and regularly update spreadsheets and databases for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
· Prepare MIS reports, charts, and summaries as required by management.
· Coordinate with departments like production, stores, HR, and accounts to collect necessary data.
