Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive (Female) to handle data management and office support activities for our Inbound Travel Agency. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in the travel and tourism industry and be capable of handling bookings, documentation, and data entry tasks accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update travel-related data such as bookings, itineraries, client details, and vendor information.
• Maintain accurate records of hotel bookings, transport details, and tour schedules.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and internal documents.
• Coordinate with operations and reservations teams for data verification.
• Handle emails and follow up with hotels, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain proper filing of documents and records.
• Assist the operations team with administrative and backend support.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency or tourism-related role preferred.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, especially Excel).
• Basic understanding of travel operations, bookings, and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
