Data Entry Intern

You are a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Operator responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in systems and databases. Your fast typing skills, keen eye for detail, and experience with spreadsheets and data entry software are crucial for this role to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the company's records. Your key responsibilities include entering and updating data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems, ensuring data confidentiality and following company data protection guidelines, retrieving data from various sources, generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, performing backups, and conducting regular quality checks and data verification. To qualify for this position, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional certification in data entry or office management considered a plus. Proven experience as a data entry operator or office clerk is required, along with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and data entry software. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred skills for this role include familiarity with CRM systems or database management tools, good communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
