Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and compile contact data (name, company, designation, email, phone, website, etc.) from online directories, LinkedIn, business databases, and other sources.
• Verify and clean data to ensure accuracy and remove duplicates.
• Categorize and segment leads based on industry, geography, or other criteria provided.
• Maintain and update CRM or Excel sheets with relevant details.
• Support the sales team by ensuring updated and qualified data lists are always available.
• Conduct occasional online research to find missing or updated contact details.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company and client data.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  data entry, lead generation, or market research

  (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  Excel/Google Sheets

  , and familiarity with

  LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, or ZoomInfo

  tools is a plus.
• Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of B2B business and sales processes.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Performance Metrics:

• Accuracy rate of extracted data.
• Number of leads extracted per day/week.
• Timely completion of assigned data extraction targets.

Compensation:

• Fixed monthly salary or project-based payment depending on workload and experience.
