Job Description – Data Entry Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to support our administrative and operational needs by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across our applications. The ideal candidate must have excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal) to ensure high-quality documentation and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Input, update, and verify data accurately in various applications and databases.
Perform routine data quality checks and rectify discrepancies.
Organize and maintain records efficiently.
Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data-related queries.
Adhere to timelines and maintain confidentiality of information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.(PREFERRED)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and typing proficiency.
Basic understanding of MS Office tools and data-entry platforms.
Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
