Job Description

Job Summary:

Data Entry and Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry

Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Organize and maintain files and records in both digital and physical formats

Documentation & Reporting

Generate simple reports, summaries, or presentations based on entered data
Maintain logs of activities and completed tasks for audit and tracking purposes
Assist in data cleanup and formatting for reporting and analysis

Computer Operations

Operate standard office software and equipment (MS Office, email, printers, scanners, etc.)
Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware/software issues or escalate to IT when necessary
Maintain system backups and follow IT/data security procedures as per company policy

Administrative Support

Assist with general office tasks such as printing, filing, and document scanning
Support internal teams by retrieving data or files as requested
Manage incoming and outgoing communication related to data work

Key Skills:

Fast and accurate typing
Attention to detail and ability to spot errors
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
