Job Description

Job Opening: Data Engineer Manager | SQL, Python, ETL, Data Governance

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain metadata processing solutions using tools such as
Ab Initio MetaHub, Informatica EDC, Alation, Collibra, OvalEdge
Build and maintain
ETL
pipelines and
data integration
solutions for metadata, data lineage, and data quality
Implement robust
data quality processes
, including metrics tracking, quality assessments, and rule enforcement
Conduct
root cause analysis
for data issues and implement corrective actions
Design and develop
custom data lineage
solutions across complex tech platforms
Create and sustain metadata/data pipelines for continuous data quality monitoring
Perform
data analysis
to integrate and link disparate data sets and extract actionable insights
Document data models at
physical, logical, and conceptual
levels
Manage stakeholder engagement to resolve data mapping and data conversion issues
Partner with business teams to define and translate business requirements into technical data quality rules
Champion best practices in
data governance, data controls, and compliance

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:
6 to 9 years in relevant data engineering and governance roles
Location Preference:
Must be open to working from Bangalore or Hyderabad
Education:
Full-time degree required
Notice Period:
Immediate joiners preferred (up to 15 days max)
