About the Role

Junior Data Engineers

Key Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines using
Python
and
PySpark
.
Write and optimize
SQL queries
for large datasets in relational databases.
Apply strong understanding of
data structures
in engineering and transformation tasks.
Work with
Azure storage concepts
to manage and process cloud-based data.
Collaborate with team members using
Git/GitHub
for version control.
Contribute to DevOps practices, including
shell scripting
and familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
.
Ensure high-quality, efficient, and reliable data workflows in line with project requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Programming:
Python, PySpark (good fundamentals a must).
RDBMS:
Strong SQL skills (writing complex queries, joins, performance tuning).
Data Engineering:
Understanding of data structures and their applications.
Cloud Computing:
Knowledge of
Azure storage services
.
Version Control:
Proficiency with
Git/GitHub
.
DevOps:
Shell scripting, basic knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines
.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
