Track 1: Data Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement

    data pipelines

    to transform raw datasets into structured, semantic entities.
  • Model

    objects, attributes, and relationships

    that represent real-world business processes.
  • Build and maintain

    graph/semantic data layers

    to unify diverse data sources.
  • Expose data via

    GraphQL and REST APIs

    for use by applications and AI systems.
  • Ensure

    governance, lineage, and data quality

    across the pipeline.

Core Skills & Tools

  • SQL (advanced querying, schema design).
  • Python (data wrangling, PySpark, ETL/ELT pipelines).
  • Graph databases (Neo4j, RDF/OWL, property graphs).
  • Data modeling (ER models, semantic abstraction, domain-driven design).
  • GraphQL / REST APIs (data access and integration).

Cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
