Job Summary:

Phenom People is looking for bright and motivated Data Engineers to play a keyrole in building Near Real time Analytics and the next generation Enterprise DataLake. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building extremely large, scalable Data Lake on cloud and will want to be part of a team that has accepted the goal to provide data driven innovations at Phenom. We are one of fastest growing global Talent Relationship Marketing Cloud Platform with strongtechnology orientation.

What you've to do:

• Translate business and functional requirements into robust, scalablesolutions that work well within the overall data architecture.• Develops and maintains scalable data pipelines and buildsnew API integrations.• Design, develop, implement, test, document, and operate large scale, high volume and low latency applications.• Design data integrations and data quality framework.• Participate in the full development life cycle, end-to-end, fromdesign, implementation and testing, to documentation, delivery, support, and maintenance• Experience in working and delivering end-to-end projects independently.

Work Experience

What you've done:

• 4-8 Years of Data Engineering Experience is Required• Passionate about using software-based approaches to solve complex data- driven challenges and automate those solutions.• Deep understanding of data pipelines (streaming or batching) and data products• Main contributor to the data platform roadmap• Work with data engineers, software engineers and product managers to understand their requirements, build solutions and enforce best practices.• Innovate ETLs and offline compute• Experience with Snowflake, Apache Hudi or Iceberg is an added advantage.Exposure to any data warehouse or data lake is preferred.• Experience with AWS with knowledge of K8S• Strong programming experience in Python, Spark, Java• Proficient in at least one of the SQL languages Proficient in at least one of the SQL languages (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake)• Experience with workflow management tools (Airflow.
