Job Description

Job Title: Azure Data Engineer

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience Required: 5-7 Years

Notice Period: Immediate or 15 Days Only

Job Overview:

Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and other Azure services.
Build and optimize scalable data models in Google BigQuery for high-performance querying and storage efficiency.
Implement and maintain data governance, security, and compliance best practices across cloud environments.
Develop monitoring, logging, and performance tuning mechanisms for data workflows and storage systems.
Automate and orchestrate data workflows using Azure Logic Apps, PowerShell, or similar tools.
Support data migration and integration initiatives between GCP and Azure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, secure, and reliable data solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

57 years of experience in data engineering, primarily on Azure Data Platform.
Strong experience with Google BigQuery — including data modeling, query optimization, and storage partitioning.
Proficiency in Azure Data Factory or equivalent ETL tools.
Strong skills in SQL, Python, and scripting for automation and workflow management.
Experience with data lake architecture and processing structured and unstructured data.
Knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, encryption, and security principles.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows for data solutions.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
