As a potential candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following: **Role Overview:** You will be required to possess technical skills in AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Linux OS, Grafana, Datadog, Azure AD, and Kubernetes at a moderate level. Additionally, familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, and MySQL is considered a plus. Training on protocols like MQTT will be provided as needed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor the health status of applications using Datadog or similar monitoring tools. - Check incident and service tickets in ServiceNow. - Analyze tickets, identify root causes, and escalate to L4 teams when necessary. - Submit incident reports, conduct impact analysis, and update SOPs accordingly. - Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Support platform version upgrades and execute build and deployment activities for frontend and backend components. - Perform backup and recovery procedures according to established guidelines. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Linux OS, Grafana, Datadog, Azure AD, and Kubernetes (moderate level). - Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, and MySQL is advantageous. - Willingness to learn and be trained on protocols like MQTT.
