Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Developer at FedEx, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining business intelligence and data warehouse systems. Your role will involve ensuring secure and efficient data storage and retrieval, enabling self-service data exploration, and providing insightful reporting and analysis to support stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Support the development and maintenance of business intelligence and analytics systems for data-driven decision-making. - Implement business intelligence and analytics systems in alignment with business requirements. - Design and optimize data warehouse architecture for efficient storage and retrieval of large datasets. - Enable self-service data exploration capabilities for users to independently analyze and visualize data. - Develop reporting and analysis applications to generate insights for business stakeholders. - Design and implement data models to organize and structure data for analytical purposes. - Implement data security and federation strategies to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information. - Optimize business intelligence production processes and adopt best practices for enhanced efficiency and reliability. - Provide training and support to users on business intelligence tools and applications. - Collaborate with vendors and oversee project management activities to ensure timely and successful implementation of business intelligence solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar discipline.
