You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining business intelligence and data warehouse systems to ensure secure and efficient data storage and retrieval. Your role will involve enabling self-service data exploration, supporting stakeholders with insightful reporting and analysis, and contributing to data-driven decision-making processes. Supporting the development and maintenance of business intelligence and analytics systems will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will be required to implement business intelligence and analytics systems in alignment with business requirements, design and optimize data warehouse architecture for efficient storage and retrieval of large datasets, and enable self-service data exploration capabilities for users. Additionally, you will develop reporting and analysis applications to generate insights from data for business stakeholders. Your role will also encompass designing and implementing data models to organize and structure data for analytical purposes, implementing data security and federation strategies to ensure confidentiality and integrity, and optimizing business intelligence production processes to enhance efficiency and reliability. You will also assist in training and supporting users on business intelligence tools and applications, collaborate with vendors, and oversee project management activities to ensure timely and successful implementation of business intelligence solutions. In terms of qualifications, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar discipline is required. A Master's degree or PhD is preferred. Relevant work experience in data engineering is necessary based on the following criteria: - Standard I: Two (2) years - Standard II: Three (3) years - Senior I: Four (4) years - Senior II: Five (5) years The ideal candidate should possess fluency in English, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, numerical skills, planning and organizing abilities, presentation skills, data modeling and database design expertise, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) skills, and programming skills.
