🔍 What We’re Looking For

• We’re hiring a

  Data Engineer

  who can own the data pipeline layer, work closely with our backend and ML engineers, and help scale our infra as we grow.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient data pipelines (batch and real-time)
• Partner with ML/AI engineers to support data needs for GenAI use cases (e.g. embeddings, vector stores, feature stores)
• Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure data flows seamlessly across systems
• Set up observability, data validation, and monitoring practices for production pipelines
• Own data architecture decisions, tooling, and storage choices
• Support analytics and product teams with clean, reliable datasets

🧠 Must-Haves

• 2-4 years of experience in a data engineering or backend-heavy data role
• Solid experience with Python and SQL; familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or similar tools
• Comfort working with modern data stacks (Snowflake/BigQuery/Postgres, etc.)
• Some experience or strong curiosity around GenAI workflows (e.g., vector databases, embeddings, retrieval pipelines)
• Exposure to backend concepts (REST APIs, microservices, data contracts)
• Startup mindset — bias for action, learning on the fly, strong ownership

🌱 Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or building RAG pipelines
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Monte Carlo, OpenLineage, etc.)
• Worked in a fast-growing product startup or cross-functional data platform team
