Data Developer

Role Overview: As a Data Developer, you will leverage big data to create intelligent data products that enable quality decision-making across the organization. You will work as a core member of the Data & AI team to ensure the success of the team and the company. The team is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of clients" proprietary cloud-native Data & AI platform. Your role involves developing and implementing intelligent data products such as visualizations, models, and insights to provide data-driven recommendations for various departments within the organization. Additionally, you will consult with stakeholders to identify opportunities to use big data and advanced analytics to drive value for the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Work as a core member of the Data & AI team to ensure team and company success - Develop and implement intelligent data products such as visualizations, models, and insights - Incorporate self-service analytics in data products to empower end users - Consult with stakeholders to identify opportunities for utilizing big data and advanced analytics - Collaborate with data engineers, IT, and vendors to simplify data accessibility and collection - Document work and new procedures for interpretation and replication by others - Support data cleansing and transformation to ensure data correctness and reliability - Build and manage permissions for shared datasets - Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies between source data and target dashboards - Deliver consistent, accurate, and high-quality work while communicating findings and insights effectively Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power BI with a strong technical understanding - Experience with Power Apps is a plus - Strong technical skills in data and database management, proficiency in data wrangling, analytics, and transformation using Python, SQL, and Power Query - Proficiency in visual storytelling through data visualization - CFA Level 1-3 certification or a good understanding of asset management would be an advantage, though not mandatory Additional Company Details: N/A,
