Data Center Technician

As a Technical Support Specialist at our company, your role involves the effective delivery of technical support and installations in an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) datacenter. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing break-fix tasks for hardware, network, cabling, and rack deployments - Conducting site planning and problem escalation - Managing installations in the OCI datacenter - Prioritizing ticketing queues and resolving escalations - Clearing blocking issues to ensure the continuous delivery of technician activities - Providing 24x7 site coverage for Oracle OCI datacenter sites - Being part of Shift ROTA's to cover 24x7 operations Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience in technical support and installations - Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift-based setup Join our team and be part of a dynamic work environment where you can contribute to the success of our technical operations.,
