Data Center Lab Engineer

Role Overview: You will play a key role in managing the data center infrastructure by applying your strong problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, and communication skills. Your primary focus will be on structured cabling, fiber optic connectors, networking standards, and core datacenter technologies. With at least 4 years of experience in networking or infrastructure support, you will be responsible for tasks such as Racking & Stacking, network device and server installation, and troubleshooting. Your ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Apply your expertise in structured cabling, fiber optic connectors, and core datacenter technologies to manage the data center infrastructure effectively. - Utilize your experience in Racking & Stacking, network device and server installation, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations. - Demonstrate your proficiency in interpreting documentation and resolving problems efficiently. - Travel to customer sites as needed to fulfill the requirements of this hybrid role. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in networking, infrastructure support, or related areas. - CCNA / CompTIA Network+ and A+ certification or equivalent preferred. - Bachelors in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or relevant experience is preferred. - Demonstrated experience in datacenter and network implementation. - Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and effective communication are essential. - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements.,
