Job Description

Data & Business Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Analyze structured and unstructured data from editorial, production, and client systems to derive insights that support strategic decision-making.
Ensure effective use of dashboards and performance metrics for internal use and client reporting.
Collaborate with R&D teams to provide data insights that inform the development of AI models, automation tools, and process improvements.
Monitor and evaluate process performance (e.g., turnaround time, quality metrics, editorial rework) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
Support forecasting and capacity planning through predictive analytics models.
Contribute to client-specific data presentations, demonstrating the impact of TNQs services on their publishing programs.
Act as a bridge between data, technology, and business teams to ensure alignment between analytics outputs and business goals.
