Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized

Data Associate

to join our back-office operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of business processes by efficiently managing and optimizing workflows. Your contributions will help drive operational efficiency, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and foster continuous process improvement. Responsibilities

  • Support and manage back-office processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations, maintaining the integrity of workflows.
  • Analyse and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand process needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Work on routine manual tasks and maintain accuracy.
  • Ensure all processes are executed according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular data validation and reconciliation tasks.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies and propose actionable process improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports with insights to stakeholders to help guide strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure processes are aligned with business goals.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Any Bachelors degree.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a back-office operations role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Basic data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and communicate process data.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high accuracy in all tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address inefficiencies in operational workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.

Collaboration And Communication

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams within the organization.
  • Ability to present operational findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
