Data Architect - Workday Reporting & Automation

Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in Workday Reporting to design and develop complex reports, deliver data-driven insights, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Establish robust data architecture frameworks, manage end-to-end data flows, and optimize data processes for performance and scalability. - Develop automation strategies, innovate data automation solutions, and maintain quality and consistency in automated processes. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams, serve as a subject matter expert, and lead workshops to enhance team understanding. - Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting and data processes. Qualification Required: - 10-12 years of experience in data architecture, reporting, and process automation. - Strong background in Workday Reporting and data automation. - Knowledge of emerging trends in data architecture and Workday technologies.
