Job Title: Data Architect Data Modeling & Databricks

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the

  data architecture strategy

  , ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Design and implement

  data models (conceptual, logical, physical)

  aligned with business requirements.
• Architect and optimize

  data pipelines on Databricks

  , ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Implement

  data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks

  .
• Guide teams on best practices for

  data modeling, ETL/ELT, and cloud-native solutions

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  data privacy and security regulations

  .

Must Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in

  Data Modeling

  (OLTP, OLAP, Dimensional, Normalization/De-normalization).
• Hands-on experience with

  Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog)

  .
• Proficiency in

  SQL

  and working with large-scale data platforms.
• Experience with

  Azure/AWS/GCP

  cloud data services.
• Strong understanding of

  data warehousing, lakehouse, and big data architecture

  .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of

  ETL/ELT tools

  (ADF, Informatica, Talend, etc.).
• Familiarity with

  BI/Analytics tools

  (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with

  data governance tools

  (Azure Purview, Collibra, Alation, etc.).
• Exposure to

  machine learning pipelines

  and advanced analytics.
