As Senior Architect - Consulting & Solution Delivery at Grazitti Interactive, you will play a pivotal role in leading technical strategy, client engagements, and solution design within complex enterprise environments. We are seeking a visionary individual with deep architectural expertise, strong consulting capabilities, and a proactive approach to innovation and operational excellence in project delivery. Your responsibilities will include being the technical representative for key clients, leading stakeholder discussions, managing client expectations, and building enduring relationships by delivering strategic value. You will conduct detailed discovery sessions with both business and technical stakeholders, translate complex business requirements into actionable solution architectures, and identify opportunities for innovation and optimization. In this role, you will architect scalable, secure, and performance-driven solutions across evolving digital landscapes. You will define standards for architecture, design patterns, and integration frameworks while maintaining a balance between tailored innovation and delivery efficiency. Additionally, you will oversee project delivery, ensure alignment with best practices and client goals, and drive high-quality outcomes through architectural reviews and code audits. Furthermore, you will contribute to internal capability building and revenue growth by standardizing delivery processes, mentoring internal teams, and supporting strategic pricing models. Your expertise in software architecture, technical consulting, enterprise solution delivery, and proficiency in modern technologies such as microservices, APIs, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) will be essential for success in this role. Ideally, you will have a proven track record of leading client-facing engagements, designing complex cloud-based solutions, and possess certifications in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, etc.). Experience with Agile, SAFe, or other delivery frameworks would be advantageous in this position. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to operate effectively across time zones and multicultural teams, are also key requirements for this role.,
