Data Annotator

We are looking for a detail-oriented AI/ML Data Annotator responsible for labeling, categorizing, and validating datasets used for training machine learning models. This role also includes Quality Control (QC) responsibilities to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annotate and label text, image, audio, or video data according to defined project guidelines.
• Review and verify annotations to maintain high-quality standards.
• Identify and correct labeling errors through periodic QC checks.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and project managers to clarify annotation requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of guidelines, updates, and review findings.
• Suggest improvements in annotation processes and tools to increase efficiency.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and data workflows.
• Experience with annotation tools (e.g., Label Studio, CVAT, or custom platforms) is a plus.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in AI data annotation or data labeling projects.
• Exposure to image, video, or NLP-based annotation.
• Familiarity with QC methodologies or testing workflows.
