Data Annotator

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Data Annotators to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for labeling, tagging, and annotating various types of data (text, images, videos, audio) to train AI/ML models. This role requires high attention to detail, consistency, and an ability to follow complex guidelines accurately. --- Key Responsibilities: Accurately annotate and label datasets (text, image, video, or audio) according to project-specific instructions. Identify and flag data quality issues and inconsistencies. Collaborate with project managers and quality analysts to ensure annotation standards are met. Meet daily or weekly productivity and accuracy targets. Participate in feedback sessions and implement changes based on QA reviews. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed. Strong attention to detail and concentration. Good communication and comprehension skills (English or regional language, depending on the project). Ability to follow instructions and guidelines precisely. Comfortable working with annotation tools or willingness to learn. Prior experience in data annotation is a plus, but not mandatory. --- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing (any stream). Knowledge of AI/ML or data labeling concepts is an advantage.
