Data and Records Governance, Associate

Job Description: As a Data and Records Governance Associate at Deutsche Bank, you will be part of the Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) function, specifically focusing on supporting the implementation of Independent Validation (IV) on Controls to address regulatory requirements. Your role will involve partnering with key stakeholders to gain insight into risk themes impacting the 1st line, providing review and challenge of NFRM risk themes, supporting the adoption of NFRM risk framework, and offering regulatory and external support on risk management needs. Key Responsibilities: - Report to an AVP in Birmingham and an SME on Data Management within the bank - Partner across the group with key stakeholders to gain insight into risk themes affecting the 1st line, with a focus on control Independent Validation - Review and challenge NFRM risk themes across the group - Support the 1st line as needed in adopting the NFRM risk framework - Provide regulatory and external support on topics related to risk management Qualifications Required: - Understanding of data management or risk and control processes - Knowledge of process design and practices with a logical mindset - Familiarity with Non-Financial Risk Management principles and practices - Demonstrated experience in developing strong working relationships - Previous experience working in a high-pressure dynamic environment [Omitting Additional Company Details as they are not relevant for the job description],
