Data Analytics Program Manager

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure clear definition of project goals, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating day-to-day progress, prioritization, and problem-solving with the external Data implementation team. - Supporting the process of documenting business requirements and user stories from stakeholders. - Prioritizing the requirements catalogue and user story backlog. - Coordinating interactions with business platforms/entities. - Supporting alignment meetings such as stand-ups, showcases, SteerCo, and Working Groups. - Creating detailed project plans and sprint backlogs. - Identifying resources and assigning responsibilities to deliver required project outcomes. - Overseeing and controlling the delivery of project activity across the business. - Driving projects to completion, including re-planning and finding alternative approaches to overcome obstacles. - Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to project delivery. - Ensuring delivery of all projects within the prescribed governance structure. - Building, tracking, maintaining, and reporting project budgets and forecasts. - Managing 3rd party Data providers and Data system support contracts. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have: - Minimum 15 years of work experience in successful delivery of complex data-related projects end to end. - Experience in Agile or DataOps delivery, quality practices, techniques, and tools in data engineering. - Tech-savvy with a good understanding of recent technologies including Google Cloud, AWS cloud, API, Gen AI, unstructured data, and business intelligence tools. Knowledge of AI is a plus. - Familiarity with JIRA and other prioritization tools. - Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) for intricate, multifaceted projects. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Ability to adapt to changing and flexible requirements from business owners. - Customer-oriented attitude and a high degree of self-motivation.,
