Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management & Analysis

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, Excel, field reports).
Analyse operational, financial, sales, and HR data to identify trends, gaps, and insights.
Provide actionable insights to management for business improvement.

2. MIS Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPI trackers.
Ensure timely and accurate circulation of reports to stakeholders.

3. Performance Tracking

Track KPIs related to operations, sales, productivity, cost, and compliance.
Highlight variances against targets and propose corrective actions.
Support department heads with customized reports.

4. Dashboard & Automation

Design and maintain Excel-based dashboards (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros).
Support automation of reports to reduce manual intervention.
Coordinate with IT/ERP teams for system-generated MIS.

5. Data Accuracy & Governance

Ensure data integrity, consistency, and version control.
Maintain master data and historical records.
Follow data confidentiality and compliance guidelines.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
Gather inputs and validate data from multiple departments.
Support audits and management reviews with accurate data.
